Aleksandra Buczek è un soprano drammatico d'agilità di doppia nazionalità, polacca e tedesca, nata in Slesia (Polonia), residente a Roma (Italia). La sua educazione musicale inizia a 8 anni suonando cello e pianoforte, successivamente studia musicologia presso l'Università di Breslavia e canto lirico all’Accademia di Musica di Breslavia (Polonia), conseguendo il Diploma Accademico di secondo livello con il massimo dei voti. A 23 anni, ancora come studentessa dell’accademia musicale, inizia la sua carriera operistica debuttando al Teatro dell’Opera di Breslavia nel ruolo di Regina della Notte dal "Flauto magico" di Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, dove rimarrà come Artista Stabile per diverse stagioni. Borsista del Ministero della Cultura e del Patrimonio Nazionale della Repubblica di Polonia e del Richard Wagner Stipendienstiftung (Bayreuth, Germania).

Nell'ottobre 2022 durante la 10° edizione del Concorso Lirico Internazionale "Premio Fausto Ricci" a Viterbo (Italia), ha vinto il Premio Speciale cantando "Santo di patria" di "Attila" e "Suicidio" di "Gioconda" davanti alla leggenda della lirica - Raina Kabaivanska - Presidente della Giuria. Nel settembre 2022 nello svolgimento del XXX Concorso Lirico Internazionale Mattia Battistini a Rieti  (Italia), è stata onorata con il Premio Speciale segnato con i nomi della leggendaria Franca Valeri e Maurizio Rinaldi. Nell'aprile 2022 ha debuttato sul palcoscenico dello storico Teatro Flaiano a Roma nella "Traviata" di Giuseppe Verdi con la regia di Maximilien Seren-Piccinni, giovane regista della nuova generazione.

Finalista del XI Concorso Internazionale di Esecuzione Musicale "Città di Airola" 2019 (Airola, Italia). Nell'ottobre 2018 ha preso parte alla Masterclass tenuta dal soprano di fama mondiale Ines Salazar e seguita dal concerto finale nella Sala Accademica del Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia di Roma, presentando al pubblico con successo la famosa "Scena ed aria di Abigaille" dal "Nabucco" di Giuseppe Verdi. Avendo vinto il Premio Speciale del "12° Concorso Internazionale Cappuccilli / Patanè / Respighi" ad Alessandria (Italia), nel maggio 2018 ha debuttato sul palco del Teatro Savoia a Campobasso come Giorgetta dal "Tabarro" di Giacomo Puccini, sotto la guida di Maestro Lorenzo Castriota Skanderbeg. Lo stesso anno ha realizzato il suo debutto romano in ruolo di Violetta Valery nella "Traviata" di Giuseppe Verdi con "Opera e Lirica srl" diretta da Maestro Nicola Samale (Roma, Italia). Nel maggio 2017 ha vinto il Primo premio nella categoria di canto lirico al Concorso Internazionale Dinu Lipatti a Roma (Italia), incantando il pubblico con le arie di Norma ("Norma", V. Bellini) ed Odabella ("Attila" G. Verdi). Nel 2016 ha preso parte nella gala per il capodanno presso Opera Bałtycka a Danzica (Gdańsk, Polonia), cantando con grande successo "Casta Diva" dalla "Norma" di Vincenzo Bellini.

Nel 2015 ha interpretato Donna Anna dal "Don Giovanni" di Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart per il festival Music Fest Perugia (Italia), ruolo in cui ha ottenuto grande apprezzamento da parte del pubblico e della critica al Nàrodnì Divadlo Brno (Repubblica Ceca, 2014).

Nel 2015 ha debuttato al Staatstheater Nürnberg (Germania) come Roxana nel "Re Ruggero" di Karol Szymanowski.  Su invito del famoso soprano ungherese Sylvia Sass, ha cantato le arie di "Norma" di Vincenzo Bellini e della "Traviata" di Giuseppe Verdi nella storica Sala Giuseppe Verdi a Budapest (Ungheria). Per la celebrazione del 150° anniversario della nascita di Richard Strauss ha cantato le più famose canzoni del compositore tedesco presso Accademia d'Ungheria in Roma (Italia).  Il suo disco dell’opera "Verbum nobile" del compositore polacco Stanisław Moniuszko registrato con il Teatro dell’Opera di Stettino (Szczecin, Polonia), ha vinto l’importante premio musicale International Classical Music Awards ICMA 2013 (Milano, Italia). Con il Teatro dell’Opera di Stettino ha debuttato anche come Amina nella "Sonnambula" di Vincenzo Bellini, ottenendo grandi consensi da parte del pubblico e della critica.

Nel 2011 ha debuttato con il ruolo di Violetta Valèry nella "Traviata" di Giuseppe Verdi presso Opera Bałtycka a Danzica (Gdańsk, Polonia). Durante il VII Festival di Musica Polacca a Cracovia (Kraków, Polonia) ha partecipato all’esecuzione dell’opera "Pierre de Medicis" di J. M. K. Poniatowski - il duca d’origine polacca nato a Roma - cantando il ruolo di Laura Salviati. Il concerto è stato registrato dal vivo dalla radio nazionale polacca. Sulla base di questa registrazione è uscito il disco con i brani più interessanti di questa opera. È stato trasmesso diverse volte dalla BBC Radio 3.

Ha partecipato alla tournée "Strauss-Gala" in Cina cantando per il pubblico di Pechino, Shenzhen, Guangzhou le musiche del repertorio di Johann Strauss. Nel 2009 con ensemble del Opera Bałtycka a Danzica (Gdansk, Polonia) si è esibita presso il Teatro Nazionale di Szeged (Ungheria) interpretando il ruolo di Zerbinetta nel "Ariadne auf Naxos" di Richard Strauss. Con Teatro dell’Opera di Breslavia ha registrato DVD di "Re Ruggero" di Karol Szymanowski diretto dal famoso regista polacco Mariusz Treliński. Il disco pubblicato dall’Istituto Nazionale Audiovisivo Polacco ha vinto il più importante premio musicale polacco "Fryderyk". Con il ruolo di Roxana (cover) ha preso parte nel corso del Bregenzer Festspiele a Bregenz (Austria), dove ha avuto l'opportunità di collaborare con un regista inglese David Pountney. 

Con l’agenzia polacca Pro Musica ha preso parte ai diversi concerti lirico - sinfonici "Verdi - Gala" cantando con grande successo Bolero di Elena dai "Vespri siciliani" presso i più famosi auditori europei tra cui Tonhalle a Zurigo (Zürich, Svizzera), Gewandhaus a Lipsia (Leipzig, Germania), Il Gasteig a Monaco di Baviera (München, Germania). In occasione del 23° Sommerfestpiele Xanten (Germania) ha debuttato nel "Carmina burana" di Carl Orff.

Vincitrice del Primo Premio al Concorso di Canto Lirico Halina Halska a Breslavia (Polonia), il Terzo premio e diversi premi speciali al Primo Concorso Internazionale di Canto Lirico Adam Didur a Bytom (Polonia) tra cui il premio fondato dal compositore tedesco di musica contemporanea e il sostenitore dei giovani talenti prof. Soprano drammatico d’agilitá with dual nationality Polish and German, born in Silesia (Poland), based in Rome (Italy). Aleksandra Buczek begun her musical education at age of 8 playing cello and piano. She studied voice at the Academy of Music in Wroclaw like also musicology at the University of Wroclaw (Poland).  Still as a student, at the age of 23, she made her professional opera debut as Queen of the Night in Mozart's „Die Zauberflöte” at the Wroclaw Opera House (Poland) where begun her operatic career and collaboration as a soloist for several opera seasons. Scholarship - holder of the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage as well as the Richard Wagner Stipendienstiftung at the Wagner Festival in Bayreuth (Germany). Winner of numerous national and international opera competitions and awards.

Finalist of the „11th International Music Competition Città di Airola” 2019 (Airola, Italy). In 2009 Aleksandra Buczek took part in the „Johann Strauss Gala Tour” through China singing for the audience of Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou. With the Opera Bałtycka ensemble she performed at the National Theater of Szeged (Hungary) in the role of Zerbinetta from Strauss's „Ariadne auf Naxos”. This performance was presented as a part of the international „Armel Opera Competition and Festival” and recorded for the French classical music channel MEZZO TV.
